This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between WWWAVES (“Designer”, “we”, “us”) and the Client (“you”) regarding the purchase of any one-time website redesign or related creative service offered by WWWAVES through our website or direct communication. By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
WWWAVES provides custom website redesign and development services on a one-time project basis. Each project typically includes:
Exact deliverables are confirmed before the project begins.
All services are provided at a flat one-time fee of £500 GBP unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be made in full before work begins. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment providers. No recurring billing or subscriptions are associated with one-off projects.
Projects are typically completed and delivered within 48 hours of receiving all necessary content and assets from the Client. Delays in providing information, feedback, or hosting access may extend delivery time.
Once the final website is delivered and payment is received in full:
Each project includes two rounds of revisions, including the initial design presentation. Revisions cover reasonable design and content adjustments based on the agreed project scope. Any additional changes or rounds of revisions beyond the included two will be quoted separately before work continues.
The Client agrees to provide all required materials (e.g., logos, images, text content, brand colours, hosting credentials) in a timely manner. The Client confirms they own or have permission to use all materials supplied to WWWAVES. WWWAVES will not be liable for any copyright or trademark infringement caused by client-provided materials.
Because each website is custom-built, refunds are only issued at our discretion. If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be granted. If work is already in progress, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered. Once a project is delivered, no refunds are available. Refund approval is solely at the discretion of WWWAVES.
One-time redesigns include delivery, setup, and launch support. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or post-launch changes are not included but can be quoted separately.
WWWAVES is not responsible for hosting or domain issues caused by third parties, client-side edits or technical problems occurring after delivery, or lost revenue, downtime, or data after the project handover. All work is provided “as-is” and tested before launch.
All client information shared during the project is treated as confidential. We do not share project materials or data with third parties except as needed to complete your project.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
